Return & Exchange Policy

FAULTY PRODUCT

In case of defected / faulty product claimed must be registered within 5 working days.

However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, Best Product Club will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you.

Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we endeavor to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or providing the refunded amount.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

• Exchange within 15 days of purchase, with original packing and item, should be in saleable condition.
• In Case of Exchange Buyer is responsible to Send Back that Product by any courier Service or by Him Self.
• Once Best Product Club Receives the product In House, Our Team will check the product & Packing.
• If everything is fine we will Proceed for exchange.
• Buyer will pay reshipment courier Charges which is for Karachi Rs.150 & Other Cities Rs.250

RETURN POLICY

• Easy Return within 15 days
• In Case of Return Buyer is responsible to Send Back that Product using any Courier Service or by Him Self.
• Once Best Product Club Receives the product In House, Our Team checks the product & Packing.
• If everything is fine we will transfer Buyer Money after deduction of First Shipment courier Charges which is for Karachi Rs.150 & Other Cities Rs.250
• Return Product remaining payment will be transferred in 7 days once received back in the same condition.
• Return Payment can be transferred to the buyer through Jazz-Cash, Easy Paisa, or Bank Transfer.

If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refunds regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 15 days of the invoice date.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.

We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.

Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or the wears and tear of a product.

All decisions made by Best Product Club are final.
